I needed to locate a battery for my digital camera and the original batteries were no longer made. The salesman explained what battery I needed, and where I could buy it. He was friendly and most helpful, also explaining some technical information that helped me better understand what I needed to buy and why.

Have had multiple excellent experiences with this location - staff really know their stuff. I’ve been in both to pick up film and to get fully kitted out with a brand new mirrorless setup, and the salespeople know how to give good tips on gear without pushing a hard upsell. Fantastic product knowledge, polite and more than willing to accommodate customer requests (including working with me on price). Particular shoutout to Timothy, who took the time to make sure my new Canon digital setup was exactly what I was after.

I got my Fujifilm XT-5 from here and Ashim was amazing! Ashim really knows his stuff about cameras and lenses, and his advice helped me choose the right one. He explained everything clearly including supply and wait time, setting the right expectations, and even helped me save $450 by suggesting a lens + camera package. He kept me updated the whole time, he contacted the suppliers, kept requesting the stock and I got my camera in just 1 month, while other stores couldn’t even guarantee delivery. Super super happy with the service – highly recommended !

Great service here with friendly and helpful staff. Time was taken to show us several models of cameras, make detailed comparisons, and show the features to us. Cost wise it was more affordable than JB-Hifi. Lots of accessories (camera bags, SD cards, spare batteries etc). They also sell film and disposable cameras. Thanks guys!

De at the Canberra Centre store was amazing. I had some negatives of a family member who was a member of the Australian Imperial Force from World War 1. De took so much care to generate fabulous photos that are treasured by my family. Thank you De!
